Join us for a heritage walk along Enoggera Terrace and immerse yourself in the stories of the Shire of Ithaca.
The walk will commence at the corner of Enoggera Terrace and Latrobe Terrace at the substation. The first part is little bit of a climb but then the rest of the walk will be on the flat. The walk will finish at the end of the Terrace where it meets Waterworks Road. The last building will be the Red Hill Cinema, where we will enjoy some nibblies and a beverage whilst immersing ourselves in the history of this wonderful building.

- Ithaca Presbyterian Church – we will see inside and have a look into the history of this wonderful building of worship

- Red Hill Seafood
- Red Hill Cinema – Food & beverage

About your tour leader
Fiona Gardiner is a heritage consultant and former Director of Heritage in the Queensland Government. She is an Associate Adjunct Professor and PhD candidate in Architecture at the University of Queensland.
Fiona is passionate about the heritage of Queensland and has a particular interest in Paddington having lived in the area for 40 years. She believes Enoggera Terrace is one of the ‘great streets of Brisbane’.

- Basic level required, gentle walk, with some hills
