Followed by a panel discussion with:
- Gaja Kerry Charlton – an Elder and traditional owner from south-east Queensland.
- Ray Kerkhove – an independent consultant who specialises in reconstructing Indigenous site histories across southern Queensland. His work embraces Indigenous resource use, social history and conflict sites.
- Gerard Benjamin, author of the popular books Reflections on New Farm and Homes with History, history columnist for Village Voice and New Farm & District Historical Society member.
- Peter Roy – Brisbane City Council architect who headed up the Brisbane City Council Architectural Design Section between 1991 and 2001, and led the multidisciplinary design team on the redevelopment of the Brisbane Powerhouse between 1997 and 2001. Peter Roy also had a hand on other BPH projects up to 2015.
- Chaired by Robert Allen, author and professional historian . Robert has written commissioned histories of several of Brisbane’s oldest hotels and theaters and conducts guided tours of historic buildings and precincts.
