During this session, Amanda, an experienced accredited yoga and meditation teacher, will touch on the topic of gratitude. The attendees will explore short, simple breath awareness that can be incorporated into the day or week, anytime, anywhere. These will help to balance the nervous system, reduce stress & anxiety, and support the relaxation response.
