Pre-booked guided tours and some general access // Ask an Architect

Planning to build, renovate, or want to explore design ideas with Loucas Zahos Architects? Connect with us at 30-minute, free ‘Ask an Architect’ sessions.

Participants are warmly welcomed into our award-winning studio for one-to-one conversations about design, site planning, material selections, and the philosophy behind the practice’s work. This is a rare opportunity to discuss your project, ask questions and share ideas about how architecture can shape the way we live, work and play.

Located in the heart of Teneriffe, our studio is within one of Brisbane’s most thoughtfully executed mixed-use developments. We have designed the building as a contemporary response to Brisbane’s subtropical lifestyle — blending residential, commercial and creative spaces in a setting that is both functional and deeply connected to place.

The architecture showcases our commitment to craft and context. Bespoke detailing, custom brickwork, and layered materiality lend the building a distinctive identity, while features such as cross-flow ventilation, deep overhangs and lush landscaping reflect a conscious approach to sustainable design. Natural light filters through every level, creating a welcoming and calming environment — whether you’re arriving home, stepping into a workspace, or, in this case, entering the architectural studio itself.

It’s the perfect location for your ‘Ask an Architect’ consultation!

Bookings will be available from Wednesday 24 June.

Volunteering architects are available for informal conversation only. Any information or opinions shared on the day are based solely on what participants provide in the session and should not be relied upon as formal advice. Architects may need additional information before they can provide a fully informed view.
