Step into Brisbane’s past and uncover the intricate craftsmanship and rich history woven into the city’s most iconic buildings and their timepieces.

This guided walking tour, led by Trevor Hayes from the Queensland Association of Watch and Clock Collectors Inc., offers a rare glimpse into the artistry and engineering behind some of the city’s most treasured clocks. As you journey through landmarks such as City Hall, Brisbane Arcade, the General Post Office, Central Railway Station, and the Old Windmill, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for how these public buildings—and the timepieces they house—shaped daily life in Brisbane.
