3:00pm

Join QAGOMA for a special Brisbane Open House film screening, that explores architecture not just as built form, but as a lens through which we understand art, space, and human connection.

3.00pm – Columbus (2017, 1 hour 40 mins)
Directed by acclaimed visual essayist Kogonada, Columbus is a poetic meditation on architecture, relationships, and the quiet art of observation. Set in the modernist architectural haven of Columbus, Indiana, the film weaves a tender story about connection, place, and the emotional resonance of design.

The screening will be introduced by QAGOMA Film Curator Victoria Wareham, offering unique insight into how this film speak to the intersection of art, architecture, and cinema.
