Layla is an exciting new restaurant from acclaimed chef Shane Delia, located within the beautifully restored Thomas Dixon Centre in Brisbane’s vibrant West End. Known for his bold and innovative approach to flavour, Delia brings together the rich culinary traditions of the Middle East and Asia, with a menu focusing on Queensland’s finest local produce.

The restaurant is housed within the heritage-listed Thomas Dixon Centre, Layla occupies a space that was once a World War II bunker, now transformed into a refined dining destination. The design pays homage to the building’s history while offering a modern and inviting atmosphere that reflects the spirit of West End’s creative community.
