Take a guided tour of the City’ s most exciting new Art Trail set against the sparkling backdrop of the Queen’s Wharf Precinct! Commencing at Lindy Lee’s breathtaking “Being Swallowed by the Milky Way”, this free 45-minute walking tour will take you through the past and into the present as you discover large scale artworks by First Nations, Queensland and international artists as well as historical buildings and landmarks.

From colourful alfresco murals to, towering sculptures and floating botanical gardens, dive headfirst into art and history and start your day with a stroll through the stories of the city. Artists include: Tony Albert, Sir Antony Gormerly OBE RA, Tom Friedman, Lindy Lee, Samuel Tupou, Wukun Wanambi and Justene Williams

Meeting point: This tour departs from Lindy Lee’s “Being Swallowed by the Milky Way,” located at the intersection of George Street and Mary Street/

Duration of tour: 45 mins

Distance: 1.1km

Difficulty: This tour is suitable for most fitness levels and abilities. Elevators, ramps and public restrooms are available across this tour.
