Brisbane Open House 2026: 18+19 July 2026
Brisbane Open House returns for its 16th year, continuing its mission to open doors, tell stories, and celebrate the city’s architectural and cultural richness. Since 2010, Brisbane Open House has invited the public to explore the buildings, places, and spaces that define our city — sparking dialogue about design, history, and Brisbane’s evolving identity. The 2026 program will build on this legacy, creating new opportunities to connect with the people and ideas shaping our city’s future.

Get Involved
Each year, Brisbane Open House invites the community to discover the city’s most fascinating buildings and spaces — from heritage landmarks and cutting-edge architecture to places rarely open to the public.
We welcome Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from:
- Building owners or custodians
- Architects, urban and landscape designers
- Community groups and organisations
- Individuals passionate about Brisbane’s built heritage, design, or cultural life
Whether you’re an individual or an organisation, successful applicants become BOH Collaborators, helping deliver a rich and diverse program that celebrates our city. We’re looking for unique spaces, bold ideas, and fresh perspectives that showcase Brisbane’s identity and diversity. If there’s a building you believe people should see, or a conversation worth having about design, heritage, or community — we’d love to hear from you.
