Developed by Cbus Property, 205 North Quay is a landmark commercial building that has redefined workplace design in Australia, offering tenants a truly holistic approach to work and wellbeing.

Designed by Brisbane-based architecture firms Hassell and Richards & Spence, along with New York-based REX, this 30-level, 43,700-square-metre premium-grade office tower opened in December 2025. The building features world-class amenities including Brisbane’s first whole-floor wellness facility with a 25-metre lap pool, an 18-metre open-air public plaza with a 210-seat auditorium, outdoor terraces on every level, and rooftop collaboration spaces. 205 North Quay exemplifies Brisbane City Council’s ‘Buildings That Breathe’ initiative through its subtropical architecture. A strategically positioned core and finely articulated façade with copper-coloured ellipses provide essential shading while maximising natural light and river views. Biophilic design, abundant natural light, and fresh air throughout support a dynamic workplace experience that encourages both focus and connection.
