Simon White has been with Aria since 2013 and manages Aria’s design team. As a registered architect, Simon oversees all external design teams and drives Aria’s creative direction across apartments, retail and public realm projects. His design excellence has pioneered Aria’s Resident Rooftop Club spaces and iconic facades. Prior to joining Aria he established and grew an award winning national architectural design practice for 14 years. Simon holds a Master of Architecture from the Queensland University of Technology.

Cathryn is an award winning designer with extensive experience in the development of highly complex urban projects, gained over 26 years’ of practice across Australia and internationally. Her project work benefits from the attributes of a personal passion & a challenging mind. Cathryn utilises this initiative and personal motivation to develop projects to their full creative potential and she is continually developing her personal skills and theoretical knowledge to improve opportunities to pursue project innovation, efficiency and outcomes.

Damian, a strong advocate for the field of Landscape Architecture, pursues creativity at all scales and is inspired by the intersection of natural and cultural systems.

Natalie Hoitz is an award winning urban designer who has worked on projects around the world, from the Caribbean to China, from Germany to New Zealand, from Canada to Singapore, and around Australia. Over many years she has helped design and master plan new cities and town squares, tourist resorts and airports, university campuses and public spaces. Natalie has degrees in architecture, urban geography and urban planning and design. Clients value her gift for visualising great urban places and working with others to design and deliver them. Often overseeing large multidisciplinary teams, since 1999 she’s worked on countless projects from concept, through design, to approval and delivery. Among her career highlights are leading a number of high-profile projects that have and are transforming the urban landscape such as the Future South Bank Master Plan, Brisbane’s City Reach Waterfront Master Plan, the Rockhampton CBD Redevelopment Framework, the Mater South Brisbane Campus Master Plan, the QUT 2033 Master Plan, the Singapore Marina Bay Master Plan, and Queen’s Wharf Brisbane.
