Brisbane Open House is just around the corner – and pre-bookings for selected tours open at 8.00am on Saturday 5 July.

While most buildings are open to everyone and do not require bookings, some unique experiences and tours need to be reserved in advance. 11 residential homes and buildings will require a small $7 booking fee to reserve your place. These fees help cover essential administration costs and are non-refundable – so please only book if you’re confident you can attend.

Bookings for all pre-booked buildings go live online via Eventbrite and other ticketing sites as provided by the buildings. To give yourself the best chance, follow these tips:

  1. Bookmark Your Tours in Advance: Most pre-booked tours are listed on Eventbrite.

  2. Have your desired Eventbrite pages open and ready before bookings open.

  3. Avoid the BOH Website During Booking Time: Our website gets a lot of traffic and may be slow. For a smoother experience, go directly to our Eventbrite page to book.

  4. Have Your Payment Details Ready: Residential bookings require a $7 fee – please have your payment details handy.

  5. Get Help if You Need It: Not tech-savvy? Ask a friend or family member to help with the booking process ahead of time.

  6. Only Book What You Can Attend: Spots are limited. Please only choose only the tours you’re confident you’ll attend so others don’t miss out.
