Below the Waterline – Building Resilient Communities

This tour is for anyone who

  • lives in an apartment building,
  • manages an apartment building and/or
  • designs apartment buildings.

Resilient Kurilpa has created a dynamic, place-based program to strengthen community capacity to prepare, withstand and recover from flooding that is both practical and innovative. We want to share this with you.

This walk begins with a short video and then a walk to explore initiatives by residents in local apartments to increase the flood resilience of their buildings and residential community. Tour is approximately 1.5 km in length on relatively level ground with a defined footpath.
